Returns & Refund Policy

At GreenUpMySpaces, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must have proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Free return pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship (cost reimbursed upon approval)

5. Damaged / Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Minor variations in wood grain, texture, polish, or color, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products
  • Items returned without original packaging

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

GreenUpMySpaces reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
